Description
Deliciously crispy and spicy Buffalo chicken wings, perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 pounds chicken wings (thawed)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475 Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on it and spray generously with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Place the chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. Add the baking powder and salt. Toss to combine.
- Place the chicken on the wire rack. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through baking. Put the chicken under the broiler for 6 minutes, watching closely so they do not burn.
- Remove from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Toss with wing sauce, and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, make sure they are thoroughly dried before applying the baking powder.
- Buffalo sauce can be adjusted based on your spice preference.
