Description

Deliciously crispy and spicy Buffalo chicken wings, perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds chicken wings (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on it and spray generously with cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Place the chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. Add the baking powder and salt. Toss to combine.
  3. Place the chicken on the wire rack. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through baking. Put the chicken under the broiler for 6 minutes, watching closely so they do not burn.
  4. Remove from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Toss with wing sauce, and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, make sure they are thoroughly dried before applying the baking powder.
  • Buffalo sauce can be adjusted based on your spice preference.
