Description
Golden, buttery rollups stuffed with gooey melted cheese, brushed with garlic herb butter, and baked until crisp and irresistible. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side for pasta night!

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 8–10 cheese sticks (mozzarella or a mix of mozzarella & cheddar)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Ranch or garlic sauce (optional for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent/pizza dough and cut into 8–10 rectangles.
- Place a cheese stick (or cheese slices) on one end of each dough piece.
- Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to seal the cheese inside.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Place rollups seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Brush with extra garlic butter if desired.
- Serve hot with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- These rollups can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
