Description

A refreshing and colorful mixed berry salad topped with a lime-honey dressing and fresh mint leaves.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 5 oz blueberries
  • 5 oz blackberries
  • 5 oz raspberries
  • 1 lime (juiced (2 tbsp))
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed)

Instructions

  1. Add the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to a large salad bowl.
  2. Make dressing. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl using a whisk or fork until well combined.
  3. Drizzle dressing over berries. Gently toss to coat.
  4. Top salad with fresh mint leaves and serve or cover and chill until served.

  • This salad is best served fresh but can be covered and chilled for a short time before serving.
