Description
A refreshing and colorful mixed berry salad topped with a lime-honey dressing and fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients

- 1 lb strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 5 oz blueberries
- 5 oz blackberries
- 5 oz raspberries
- 1 lime (juiced (2 tbsp))
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed)
Instructions
- Add the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to a large salad bowl.
- Make dressing. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl using a whisk or fork until well combined.
- Drizzle dressing over berries. Gently toss to coat.
- Top salad with fresh mint leaves and serve or cover and chill until served.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh but can be covered and chilled for a short time before serving.
