Description

A delicious BBQ chicken grilled cheese sandwich that’s quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer with shredded cheese, BBQ chicken, and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
  5. Top with the second bread slice, butter side up.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
