A delicious BBQ chicken grilled cheese sandwich that’s quick and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer with shredded cheese, BBQ chicken, and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Top with the second bread slice, butter side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add extra toppings like onions or pickles for added flavor.
- Serve with a side of chips or salad for a complete meal.
