- 3 medium to large Russet potatoes (scrubbed clean, peeled, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1/2 teaspoon table salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes, tossing 2 to 3 times in the middle of cooking.

- For extra crispiness, you can cook for an additional few minutes.
