  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 68 Golden Oreos, crushed or halved for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Chill in the fridge while making the filling.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let it cool slightly (it should be warm, not hot).
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, and beat again until creamy. Slowly mix in the melted white chocolate. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Assemble: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight for best texture).
  5. Decorate & Serve: Once set, top with whipped cream swirls, crushed Golden Oreos, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Slice and serve chilled.
