Description
A delightful and easy-to-make White Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark Tray, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 400 g high-quality white chocolate
- 80 g milk chocolate (for swirling — optional)
- Dried apricots (halved)
- Raisins or dried cherries
- Hazelnuts (whole & chopped)
- Almonds (whole)
- Walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, ensuring it fits in your fridge.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave (20–30 sec intervals) or bain-marie, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Pour melted white chocolate onto the tray and spread evenly. Melt milk chocolate separately, drizzle it over the white chocolate, and gently swirl with a toothpick to create marbled patterns.
- While the chocolate is still warm, press in dried apricots, sprinkle raisins, and add hazelnuts, almonds, and chopped walnuts, ensuring toppings are slightly pressed in.
- Place the tray in the fridge for 15–25 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Once firm, cut into squares or break into rustic pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use a generous mix of toppings for a rich, chunky look.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
