Description

A delightful and easy-to-make White Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark Tray, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g high-quality white chocolate
  • 80 g milk chocolate (for swirling — optional)
  • Dried apricots (halved)
  • Raisins or dried cherries
  • Hazelnuts (whole & chopped)
  • Almonds (whole)
  • Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, ensuring it fits in your fridge.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave (20–30 sec intervals) or bain-marie, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate onto the tray and spread evenly. Melt milk chocolate separately, drizzle it over the white chocolate, and gently swirl with a toothpick to create marbled patterns.
  4. While the chocolate is still warm, press in dried apricots, sprinkle raisins, and add hazelnuts, almonds, and chopped walnuts, ensuring toppings are slightly pressed in.
  5. Place the tray in the fridge for 15–25 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  6. Once firm, cut into squares or break into rustic pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use a generous mix of toppings for a rich, chunky look.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
