Indulge in these creamy and rich white chocolate brownies that are perfect for any dessert lover.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 oz (170 g) white chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional, for extra texture)
- Melted dark or milk chocolate, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or in short microwave bursts), melt the chopped white chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk in sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour and salt, folding gently until just combined. If using, fold in white chocolate chips for extra richness.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until edges are set and the center is just slightly soft (don’t overbake).
- Let cool completely in the pan. Drizzle with melted dark or milk chocolate and sprinkle extra white chocolate chips if desired.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
- Do not overbake to maintain a fudgy texture.
- Feel free to add nuts or other mix-ins for added flavor.
