A delicious and hearty Ultimate Stuffed Layered Pizza Pie that combines layers of meat, cheese, and toppings for a satisfying meal.

- 2 refrigerated pizza doughs (or homemade, divided)
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (or provolone for a more classic flavor)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup cooked crumbled sausage or ham (optional)
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- Cherry tomatoes, halved (for topping)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a deep springform pan or cake pan.
- Roll out pizza dough and press one portion into the bottom and slightly up the sides.
- Layer in this order: Dough base, Meat sauce, Shredded cheeses, Pepperoni & toppings.
- Repeat layers 2–3 times, finishing with cheese and pepperoni on top.
- Roll out the second dough to cover, or leave open-faced for a cheesy crust.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until golden and bubbly. If top browns too quickly, tent with foil halfway through.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing (helps set the layers).
- Garnish with fresh basil or oregano.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
