- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter
- 8 oz (225 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips
- 2–3 cups Oreos (whole & crushed)
- 1 cup (200 g) milk chocolate, melted
- 1 cup (200 g) white chocolate, melted
- ½ cup (100 g) dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two 8-inch square pans with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and semisweet chocolate together over simmering water (or microwave in bursts). Stir until smooth.
- Whisk in sugars. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but fudgy. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Press dough into two 8-inch pans. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Place one giant cookie layer on a serving plate.
- Spread melted chocolate on top, then add a layer of Oreos.
- Stack a brownie layer on top, drizzle with white chocolate, and add more Oreos.
- Repeat layers (cookie → chocolate drizzle → Oreos → brownie → drizzle → Oreos) until all layers are used.
- Finish with a dramatic topping of crushed and whole Oreos, then drizzle generously with milk, dark, and white chocolate.
