  • 8 oz (225 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips
  • 23 cups Oreos (whole & crushed)
  • 1 cup (200 g) milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup (200 g) white chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup (100 g) dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two 8-inch square pans with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and semisweet chocolate together over simmering water (or microwave in bursts). Stir until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugars. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but fudgy. Cool completely.
  6. In a bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  7. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  8. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  9. Stir in chocolate chips.
  10. Press dough into two 8-inch pans. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  11. Place one giant cookie layer on a serving plate.
  12. Spread melted chocolate on top, then add a layer of Oreos.
  13. Stack a brownie layer on top, drizzle with white chocolate, and add more Oreos.
  14. Repeat layers (cookie → chocolate drizzle → Oreos → brownie → drizzle → Oreos) until all layers are used.
  15. Finish with a dramatic topping of crushed and whole Oreos, then drizzle generously with milk, dark, and white chocolate.
