Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Press sugar cookie dough evenly onto a pizza pan or round baking tray.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely before adding toppings.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping for a fluffy texture.
- Spread mixture evenly over cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, oranges, and mango in colorful patterns.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Drizzle with honey or fruit glaze if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
- Cut into wedges like a pizza and serve chilled.
