Instructions
- Make raspberry jelly according to package directions. Chill until just set but still slightly wobbly.
- Stir in fresh raspberries and let set fully in the fridge.
- In a large trifle bowl, start with a layer of cubed pound cake.
- Add a layer of raspberry jelly with raspberries.
- Place sliced peaches along the side for a decorative look.
- Spread a layer of custard, then a layer of whipped cream.
- Continue layering cake, jelly, peaches, custard, and whipped cream until the bowl is full.
- Finish with whipped cream on top.
- Decorate with peach slices, fresh raspberries, and mint leaves.
- Refrigerate at least 2–3 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
