  • 2 cups whipped cream (sweetened, divided)
  • Fresh peach slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make raspberry jelly according to package directions. Chill until just set but still slightly wobbly.
  2. Stir in fresh raspberries and let set fully in the fridge.
  3. In a large trifle bowl, start with a layer of cubed pound cake.
  4. Add a layer of raspberry jelly with raspberries.
  5. Place sliced peaches along the side for a decorative look.
  6. Spread a layer of custard, then a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Continue layering cake, jelly, peaches, custard, and whipped cream until the bowl is full.
  8. Finish with whipped cream on top.
  9. Decorate with peach slices, fresh raspberries, and mint leaves.
