Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together peaches, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until well coated.
  3. Pour fruit mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir in melted butter until mixture becomes crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle oat topping evenly over the fruit filling.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
