- 3 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss together peaches, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until well coated.
- Pour fruit mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Stir in melted butter until mixture becomes crumbly.
- Sprinkle oat topping evenly over the fruit filling.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving.
- Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!

- For a healthier option, consider using less sugar or a sugar substitute.
- Can be made with frozen fruit if fresh is not available.
