Ingredients

  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves (or homemade strawberry sauce)
  • For Serving: Graham crackers, Cookies, Fresh strawberries or mixed fruit

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Gently fold in whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Spoon strawberry preserves on top.
  6. Swirl gently with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes (optional for a firmer dip).
  8. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.
