- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- ½ cup strawberry preserves (or homemade strawberry sauce)
- For Serving: Graham crackers, Cookies, Fresh strawberries or mixed fruit
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and lump-free.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Spoon strawberry preserves on top.
- Swirl gently with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
- Chill for 30 minutes (optional for a firmer dip).
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the dip by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
