Description

Strawberry Banana Crunch Cake Cups are a delightful treat featuring layers of graham cracker crust, creamy filling, fresh fruits, and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or strawberry jam warmed slightly)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries 🍒 for garnish
  • Extra graham crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press a thin layer into the bottom of each cup.
  2. Prepare the Cream Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy. Spread over crust layer in each cup.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Add a spoonful of strawberry filling on top of the cream. Layer sliced strawberries and bananas. Repeat cream + fruit layers if using larger cups.
  4. Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham crumbs, and cherries.
  5. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to set.
