- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or strawberry jam warmed slightly)
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maraschino cherries 🍒 for garnish
- Extra graham crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Crust Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press a thin layer into the bottom of each cup.
- Prepare the Cream Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy. Spread over crust layer in each cup.
- Assemble the Layers: Add a spoonful of strawberry filling on top of the cream. Layer sliced strawberries and bananas. Repeat cream + fruit layers if using larger cups.
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham crumbs, and cherries.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to set.
