Description
These no-bake layered dessert cups combine a buttery crumb base, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, fresh bananas, and a little crunch — finished with whipped cream and cherries on top!

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafers, crushed)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- 1 ½ cups strawberry pie filling (or homemade strawberry compote)
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- ½ cup whipped cream (for topping)
- 8–10 maraschino cherries
- Extra graham crumbs (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press a spoonful into the bottom of each cup.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Layer: crumb base → cream mixture → strawberry filling → banana slices.
- Repeat layers if using larger cups.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with crumbs, place a few banana slices, and top with cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
Notes
- For a homemade strawberry compote, cook fresh strawberries with sugar until thickened.
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
