Description

A luscious, no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy strawberry-banana filling, buttery graham cracker crumbs, and fresh fruit slices. It’s light, refreshing, and irresistibly sweet — ready in minutes and perfect for individual servings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pkg (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 large banana)
  • ½ cup pureed strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh sliced strawberries
  • Fresh sliced bananas
  • Extra graham crumbs for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into the bottom of each dessert cup and press lightly. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix, milk, mashed banana, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry-banana mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Spoon or pipe the cream filling into the prepared cups over the crumb layer. Top with fresh sliced strawberries and bananas. Sprinkle with additional graham crumbs for texture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving. Serve cold and enjoy the creamy, fruity perfection!
