- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the radishes under cold water, trim the greens, and cut them in half if large.
- In a bowl, combine the radishes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the radishes on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and tender.
