Description
This Turkey Pizza Bake is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional pizza, packed with flavor and perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. turkey Italian sausage (19 oz.)
- 1 jar Rao’s Pizza Sauce (13 oz.)
- 5 Folios Parmesan Cheese Wraps
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 42 slices Hormel 25% reduced fat pepperoni
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, divided
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425F/220C. Spray a 9″ X 13″ baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the Italian sausage until it’s nicely browned.
- Add the Rao’s Pizza Sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Cut the Folios Cheese Wraps in half, and arrange them in the baking dish as shown, ensuring coverage.
- Spread half the sausage/sauce mixture over the Folios.
- Top with 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Add 21 pieces of pepperoni and a pinch of dried oregano.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of Folios, sausage/sauce mixture, cheese, pepperoni, and oregano.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve the Pizza Bake hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free sausage and toppings.
- Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
