Description

Delightful mini pizzas shaped like Santa and snowmen, perfect for festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Mini Pizza Dough (or store-bought)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded or small slices)
  • Mini mozzarella balls (snow cheeks or snow decor)
  • Black olives (eyes, mouth buttons)
  • Carrot slices or mini orange peppers (for the noses)
  • Cherry tomatoes or sliced tomatoes (Santa hat)
  • White cheese strips or ricotta (Santa hat trim)
  • Optional: pepperoni, ham, or veggie pieces
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough (Skip if using store-bought): Mix warm water + yeast + sugar and let foam for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead 3–5 minutes until soft. Rest 20–30 minutes.
  2. Shape the Mini Pizzas: Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Roll dough and cut circles (use a cup or cookie cutter). Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Assemble the Snowman Pizzas: Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce. Add mozzarella on top, covering the face area. Make the snowman face with: Black olives: eyes + smile, Orange carrot or mini pepper: nose, Mini mozzarella balls: cheeks.
  4. Assemble the Santa Pizzas: Spread pizza sauce first. Add mozzarella only to the lower ¾ part (the face). For the Santa hat: Use tomato slices or red peppers for the hat, Add white cheese strips or ricotta for the fluffy hat trim, A small cheese ball for the pom-pom, Add olive facial details: Black olives: eyes, Carrot or pepper: nose, Small olive slices: mouth.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cheese should be fully melted and edges lightly browned.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with: Marinara dip, Ranch dip, Garlic butter. Perfect for festive appetizer boards!
