Delicious no-bake Red Velvet Cheesecake Balls that combine the rich flavors of red velvet cake and creamy cheesecake.

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 prepared red velvet cake (from a box mix or homemade)
- ½ cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop small teaspoons of mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.
- Crumble the cooled red velvet cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in cream cheese frosting a little at a time until mixture holds together like dough.
- Take a spoonful of red velvet mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a frozen cheesecake ball in the center.
- Wrap red velvet mixture around it and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place the balls back on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or freeze for 30 minutes, to set.
- Roll in extra red velvet crumbs for coating, as shown in your photo.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
