Description

Delicious pizza dough cups filled with cheese, toppings, and sauce, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ cup cooked sausage, pepperoni, or other toppings
  • ¼ cup sautéed mushrooms, peppers, or onions (optional)
  • Butter or oil for greasing
  • Italian seasoning and Parmesan for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease oven-safe ramekins or small bowls generously with butter or oil.
  2. Layer cheese first at the bottom of each ramekin, followed by your meat and veggie toppings. Spoon in pizza sauce last.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into rounds slightly larger than your ramekins. Drape dough over the top, sealing edges around the rim.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or Parmesan if using.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the dough is golden and puffed.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate or serve straight from the dish.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meat toppings.
  • Feel free to mix and match your favorite pizza toppings!
