Delicious pizza dough cups filled with cheese, toppings, and sauce, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- ½ cup cooked sausage, pepperoni, or other toppings
- ¼ cup sautéed mushrooms, peppers, or onions (optional)
- Butter or oil for greasing
- Italian seasoning and Parmesan for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease oven-safe ramekins or small bowls generously with butter or oil.
- Layer cheese first at the bottom of each ramekin, followed by your meat and veggie toppings. Spoon in pizza sauce last.
- Roll out dough and cut into rounds slightly larger than your ramekins. Drape dough over the top, sealing edges around the rim.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or Parmesan if using.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the dough is golden and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate or serve straight from the dish.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat toppings.
- Feel free to mix and match your favorite pizza toppings!
