  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 45 Oreo cookies (crushed, without cream)
  • White chocolate drizzle (melted white chocolate or icing glaze)
  • Extra whipped cream (for topping)
  • Crushed Oreos (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Rest batter for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the skillet, swirling to coat evenly.
  7. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until set.
  8. Repeat until all batter is used. Stack cooked crepes and keep covered.
  9. Beat chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  10. Fold in crushed Oreos for extra flavor and crunch.
  11. Spread a spoonful of cream filling onto each chocolate crepe.
  12. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a serving plate.
  13. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  14. Pipe extra whipped cream on top.
  15. Sprinkle with more crushed Oreos.
