- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, chilled
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 4–5 Oreo cookies (crushed, without cream)
- White chocolate drizzle (melted white chocolate or icing glaze)
- Extra whipped cream (for topping)
- Crushed Oreos (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth and lump-free.
- Rest batter for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the skillet, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until set.
- Repeat until all batter is used. Stack cooked crepes and keep covered.
- Beat chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold in crushed Oreos for extra flavor and crunch.
- Spread a spoonful of cream filling onto each chocolate crepe.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Pipe extra whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with more crushed Oreos.

- Ensure the heavy cream is well-chilled for better whipping.
- Adjust the sweetness of the cream filling by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder in the crepe batter.
