- 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or shredded coconut for texture
Instructions
- Drain mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple very well to prevent excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the mixture and fold in gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend and marshmallows soften.
- Optional: Garnish with extra orange slices, whipped topping, or chopped nuts before serving.
