Ingredients

- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup red, green, and white nonpareils
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and coconut oil, if using.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted and combined.
- Fold in the puffed rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Add the nonpareils and a pinch of salt, mixing gently to combine.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a festive touch, use colored nonpareils that match your occasion.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
