  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved (reserve some whole for garnish)
  • 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Extra cherries (for garnish)
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing filling.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Fold in drained pineapple, halved cherries, vanilla, and whipped topping until combined.
  3. Spoon filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
  4. Top with whipped cream swirls, whole cherries, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. Slice and serve chilled.
