Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced mango with passionfruit pulp.
- Stir in red onion, chili/jalapeño, and bell pepper.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, salt, and honey (if using). Mix gently to avoid crushing the mango.
- Let salsa sit in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving so the flavors meld.
