Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional nachos, this Loaded Nacho Bundt Ring is perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning + ⅓ cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese (divided)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz), cut into quarters
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, lightly crushed
  • ½ cup sour cream (for topping)
  • ½ cup salsa or pico de gallo (for topping)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef (or turkey) until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked meat, 1 ½ cups shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
  4. Add half the quartered biscuit dough into the Bundt pan. Spoon half of the meat mixture on top. Repeat layers with remaining biscuits and meat mixture.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cooked through. Remove from oven and cool 5–10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top (it will melt from the warmth). Add sour cream, salsa/pico de gallo, and cilantro as garnish.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the meat mixture.
