Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo (diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice)
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
