Description

Instructions
- If using fresh peas, shell them. For frozen peas, allow them to thaw slightly.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling.
- Stir in the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the peas and stir well to coat in the buttery mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, then squeeze in lemon juice.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes until tender yet vibrant.
- Serve hot as a side dish or enjoy as a snack.
