- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and minced garlic; stir until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, then scatter the butter pieces on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and stir everything together.
- Serve hot over rice or pasta, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
