A delicious baked chicken dish with pasta, marinara sauce, and cheese.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti or penne
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the marinara sauce, then add the pasta followed by the cooked chicken. Pour remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
