Instructions

  3. Gradually combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder until just mixed; avoid over-mixing.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  6. While cookies cool on wire racks, whisk powdered sugar with milk for icing consistency. Drizzle over warm cookies.
