- 1 package frozen croissant dough (about 8 croissants)
- 8 slices sliced ham (preferably smoked or honey-glazed)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Swiss or Gruyère)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen croissant dough according to package instructions until soft.
- Lay out each piece of dough on a clean surface. Place one slice of ham and a generous amount of shredded cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wider end towards the tip, tucking in the sides to seal in the filling.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Brush each rolled croissant with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Arrange the croissants in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd them. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
