Description
A delicious treat of fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and coated with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 10 medium)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then pat dry.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the chocolate-dipped strawberries in the yogurt mixture.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
Notes
- For a crunchy texture, consider adding chopped nuts on top of the yogurt coating.
- Make sure to let the chocolate cool slightly before dipping the strawberries to avoid melting them.
