Description

A delicious treat of fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and coated with Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 10 medium)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then pat dry.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Dip each strawberry halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Coat the chocolate-dipped strawberries in the yogurt mixture.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.

Notes

  • For a crunchy texture, consider adding chopped nuts on top of the yogurt coating.
