Delicious homemade Reese’s Cups made with creamy peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Scoop a generous amount of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover the peanut butter mixture with more melted chocolate until the cups are full.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
