Description

Delicious homemade Reese’s Cups made with creamy peanut butter and chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well blended.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Scoop a generous amount of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  6. Cover the peanut butter mixture with more melted chocolate until the cups are full.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
