- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- ⅓ cup holiday sprinkles (red/green/white)
- ½ cup holiday sprinkles (for rolling the outside)
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed cookies)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional: pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
- melted chocolate (milk, dark, or white — your choice)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract — mix well.
- Pour in melted white chocolate and beat until creamy.
- Fold in ⅓ cup holiday sprinkles.
- Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, wrap tightly and form into a ball shape.
- Chill for at least 1 hour (2 hours for firm shape).
- Unwrap and roll the chilled ball in holiday sprinkles until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the top with graham crumbs + chopped nuts.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the ball for a pretty finish.
- Place on a board with crackers, pretzels, berries, or whatever goodies you love. Serve chilled.
