Description

Soft, creamy peanut butter fudge topped with white chocolate drizzle and crushed candy cane sprinkles for the perfect Christmas treat.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick / 113g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (or 1 tsp coconut oil for smooth melting)
  • Crushed candy canes (about 3–4 candy canes)
  • Red + green holiday sprinkles
  • Optional: mini peanut butter cups on the side for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter + peanut butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Add powdered sugar and stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  4. Line an 8×8″ baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Press the peanut butter fudge mixture evenly into the pan.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Chill 30 minutes to firm.
  8. Melt white chocolate + cream together in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  9. Spread or drizzle over the fudge.
  10. Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes + holiday sprinkles.
  11. Chill 1–2 hours or until fully set.
  12. Lift from pan, slice into squares.

Notes

  • Do this quickly — once white chocolate sets, toppings won’t stick.
  • Serve with mini Reese’s cups, graham crackers, hot cocoa, or holiday cookie boards.
