Description
Soft, creamy peanut butter fudge topped with white chocolate drizzle and crushed candy cane sprinkles for the perfect Christmas treat.

- ½ cup (1 stick / 113g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (or 1 tsp coconut oil for smooth melting)
- Crushed candy canes (about 3–4 candy canes)
- Red + green holiday sprinkles
- Optional: mini peanut butter cups on the side for serving
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter + peanut butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add powdered sugar and stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
- Line an 8×8″ baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the peanut butter fudge mixture evenly into the pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill 30 minutes to firm.
- Melt white chocolate + cream together in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Spread or drizzle over the fudge.
- Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes + holiday sprinkles.
- Chill 1–2 hours or until fully set.
- Lift from pan, slice into squares.
Notes
- Do this quickly — once white chocolate sets, toppings won’t stick.
- Serve with mini Reese’s cups, graham crackers, hot cocoa, or holiday cookie boards.
