Description

A delicious grilled pizza made with soft french bread topped with your favorite pizza ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf soft french bread
  • 3 cups pizza sauce
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 23 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg pepperoni (4050 pepperoni)
  • 2 cups cooked Italian sausage
  • 1 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • to taste Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to lowest flame.
  2. Cut your french bread in half lengthwise, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the french bread. Sprinkle fresh garlic over sauce and then sprinkle cheese.
  3. Add the pepperoni, sausage, olives, peppers and onions.
  4. Place each half french bread onto a large piece of foil and loosely wrap around edges.
  5. Grill over indirect heat for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn).
  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve!

Notes

  • This recipe can be customized with your favorite toppings.
  • Be careful not to grill too close to the flame to prevent burning.
