Description
Flaky golden biscuits filled with warm apple pie filling, baked until caramelized, and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze — like mini apple pies in biscuit form!

- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits (or homemade biscuit dough)
- 1 cup apple pie filling (chopped into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix apple pie filling, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Assemble: Flatten each biscuit slightly, spoon apple mixture in the center, and fold edges over. Arrange seam-side down in the dish.
- Brush & Bake: Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of milk in the glaze for desired consistency.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the apple filling.
- These biscuits are best served warm.
