Description

A delicious and flavorful dish combining steak, shrimp, and noodles in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet), cut into cubes: 300–400g
  • Shrimp, peeled & deveined: 300g
  • Salt & black pepper: To taste
  • Paprika: 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Butter: 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Egg noodles / ramen / spaghetti: 250–300g (cooked & drained)
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced: 5 cloves
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar or honey: 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp (optional but recommended)
  • Fresh parsley or green onion: To garnish

Instructions

  1. Season & Cook the Steak: Pat steak dry, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika. Heat a skillet with olive oil + 1 tbsp butter. Sear steak cubes on high heat 2–3 min per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt + pepper. Cook 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Noodles: Add remaining butter to the same pan. Add minced garlic → sauté 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce + oyster sauce + brown sugar. Add cooked noodles → toss to coat. Add a splash of noodle cooking water if needed. Finish with lemon juice for brightness.
  4. Combine & Serve: Add steak + shrimp back to the pan. Toss everything together gently. Garnish with parsley or green onion. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp.
  • Feel free to substitute the noodles with your favorite type.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
