Ingredients

  • 5 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows together in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Stir in Fruity Pebbles until fully coated.
  3. Press half the cereal mixture into the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently until light and fluffy.
