Description
Edible Cookie Dough S’mores Bombs are a delightful treat combining the flavors of cookie dough and s’mores, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated, see note)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (more if needed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 8–10 large marshmallows (or marshmallow fluff for extra gooeyness)
- ½ cup melted chocolate (milk or semi-sweet)
- Extra mini chocolate chips (for topping)
- Crushed graham crackers (optional, for the s’mores vibe)
Instructions
- Prepare the flour: Heat-treat flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes, or microwaving in 30-second bursts until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool.
- Make the cookie dough: Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in milk, vanilla, and salt. Add heat-treated flour and stir until a dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Assemble the bombs: Scoop about 2 tbsp of dough, flatten into a disc. Place a marshmallow (or a dollop of fluff + melted chocolate) in the center. Wrap dough around filling, rolling into a ball.
- Finish & chill: Roll dough bombs in extra mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve: Enjoy chilled, or microwave for 5–8 seconds for a warm, gooey center!
Notes
- Ensure flour is heat-treated to eliminate any harmful bacteria.
- For a more gooey filling, use marshmallow fluff.
- Chilling the bombs is essential for the best texture.
