- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup black beans (canned, rinsed)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips, then layer black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then add sour cream and green onions on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Adjust the amount of jalapeños according to your spice preference.
