Description

A delicious platter of loaded nachos topped with cheese, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans (canned, rinsed)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips, then layer black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños. Top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then add sour cream and green onions on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
