  • 8 slider buns (soft slider buns or brioche buns, or whole wheat/gluten-free buns)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, pickles, sliced jalapeños)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. This will help them cook quickly and evenly.
  2. Marinate: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with dragon sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb all those amazing flavors.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. You can also grill the chicken for a smoky flavor.
