Description

A refreshing and creamy chilled milkshake perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 and ½ cups chilled whole milk (full-fat milk or plant-based for vegan)
  • ½ cup chopped seedless dates
  • 1 large banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
  4. Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your milkshake super chilled.

Notes

  • This milkshake can be made vegan by using plant-based milk and maple syrup/agave nectar instead of honey.
