A refreshing and creamy chilled milkshake perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 and ½ cups chilled whole milk (full-fat milk or plant-based for vegan)
- ½ cup chopped seedless dates
- 1 large banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
- 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
- Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your milkshake super chilled.
Notes
- This milkshake can be made vegan by using plant-based milk and maple syrup/agave nectar instead of honey.
- Feel free to add additional toppings like whipped cream or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
