Description

Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Chips are a delicious and easy snack that combines the flavors of pizza in a crunchy chip form.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices (about 20–25 pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Sprinkle each mound with a little parmesan cheese.
  5. Lightly dust with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place one pepperoni slice on top of each cheese mound.
  7. Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden around the edges.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes (they will crisp up as they cool).
  9. Enjoy warm as a snack or serve with marinara dipping sauce for a pizza-like flavor!
