Description
Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Chips are a delicious and easy snack that combines the flavors of pizza in a crunchy chip form.

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pepperoni slices (about 20–25 pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle each mound with a little parmesan cheese.
- Lightly dust with Italian seasoning.
- Place one pepperoni slice on top of each cheese mound.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes (they will crisp up as they cool).
- Enjoy warm as a snack or serve with marinara dipping sauce for a pizza-like flavor!
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding crushed red pepper flakes.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
