A delicious recipe for creamy garlic chicken meatballs served over Alfredo pasta, perfect for a comforting meal.

- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 12 oz (340 g) fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and shape into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear meatballs until golden brown on all sides (they don’t need to be fully cooked yet). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Stir in Parmesan and Italian herbs. Return meatballs to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked and coated in sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in cream, and let simmer 2 minutes. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Toss pasta in Alfredo sauce.
- Plate Alfredo pasta and top with creamy garlic chicken meatballs. Spoon extra sauce over everything and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use ground turkey instead of chicken.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to the pasta for added nutrition.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
