- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz / ~225 g) Cool Whip (thawed)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness and stability)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until fully combined.
- For a firmer frosting, add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, or swap it for almond extract, coconut extract, or even a touch of lemon zest for a twist.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before piping or spreading to let it firm up.
- Use on cakes, cupcakes, trifles, or as a dip for fruit.

- For a different flavor, try using different pudding mix flavors.
