A rich and decadent Coca-Cola Fudge Layer Cake that combines the unique flavor of Coca-Cola with a creamy filling and fudge glaze.

- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp Coca-Cola
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint, cherries, or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a saucepan, bring Coca-Cola, butter, and cocoa powder to a boil. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk flour and sugar. Pour hot Coke mixture over and mix.
- Stir in buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla until smooth.
- Divide into pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture. Chill.
- Place one cake layer on a plate, spread with creamy filling.
- Add another cake layer, more filling, then the final cake layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with cocoa and Coca-Cola.
- Remove from heat, whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
- Pour glaze over the layered cake, letting it drip down the sides.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint, cherries, or chocolate curls.
